Our adventure began on the roads of Wyoming, where Travis first launched a pizza truck that would become the foundation of our dream. For five years, we traveled through small towns, perfecting our craft and winning over taste buds with wood-fire oven pizzas that were anything but ordinary.
Travis is the creative force – the “idea man” who went from experimenting with pizza stones in our kitchen to mastering the art of wood-fire oven pizzas. His relentless pursuit of the perfect pie for WY has been the driving engine of Hetty’s Pizza. Elizabeth brings the business magic, keeping our operation running smoothly with her organized, bottom-line approach and her own impressive pizza-making skills.
Our kids, Wesley and Evelyn, are already learning the ropes of entrepreneurship, working alongside us and adding their own special charm to our family business. They’re not just our children – they’re our teammates, contributing to the dream we’re building together.
Our story isn’t just about pizza – it’s about community, family, and pursuing passion. Originally from Worland, WY, we met serendipitously in Billings and built a life centered around food, adventure, and each other. After years of traveling, teaching, and dreaming, we’ve found our home in Sheridan – a community that supports and inspires us.
